Happy New Year….err….Month

I’m a lazy bad blogger.

One of my new year’s resolutions was to blog more….and I’ve barely touched it.

but I have a plan for that to change.

I’m getting a new computer, and with that, new capabilities for blogging-on-demand.  WIth that, blogs will be more cohesive, and frequent.

I know, I have much to catch up on.  And believe me I will.

Here’s an update for you though:  I begin a new journey Sunday, February 1st (super sunday) as the pastor of Southway Community Church near Pearland and near Houston.  (it’s kind of in between)

I received a great journal from my friend and brother Rob Edwards, and will begin journalling my thoughts that first Sunday.  I will take on a style like Perry and Rob, where I’ll post Sunday reflections (either Sunday or Monday morning).

I also realize that I’ve left the two of you who read this hanging with the story.  Story to come soon.

I would relish your prayers.  I’m going to need all I can get.  Pray for me.  Pray for Southway.  May God unleash something break-taking and marvelous in our midst.

More to come,

Jason

Happy New Year……late as usual

To all who read:

I hope this year marks you more than any other.  May you live deeply, love lavishly, and seek ruthlessly.

Here’s a ny resolution I’ve already broken:  blog more!!

Seriously.  I plan to transition and around the first part of February, blog more disciplined.

Love, grace, and peace.

Jason
